COVID at Miners Arms

Dear All

After a number of enquiries about the positive Covid Cases at the Miners Arms, Public Health Shropshire have said the following:

Public Health and council officers are doing their very best to identify cases and their contacts and are providing self-isolation advice in line with government guidance. However, in the pandemic we all have responsibility to follow the government guidance and if you think you have been a contact of a case (even if you haven’t been notified that you are one by either the national or the local system) – then please do isolate for 14 days from your last contact with the individual.

People should follow the basic guidance in terms of keeping social distance wherever possible, wearing face-masks in public places, regular handwashing, good respiratory hygiene (catch it, bin it, kill it) self-isolating if you or a family member has symptoms of COVID and getting tested if you have symptoms.
