NOW: Our local schools have been trying, under very difficult circumstances, to provide some form of safe educational experience for our children during this period. Circumstances vary between schools as space and resources allow.
Please remember that no parent will be fined during this lockdown period if their child does not attend school.
SEPTEMBER: All schools will reopen. Current thinking is that all classes will operate in a ‘bubble’ for the purposes of teaching and play. The exact detail will have to be determined nearer the time taking into account the status of the pandemic then. the safety of children and staff will be the No 1 priority of schools.
