Voneus is supplying wireless broadband across our area. Their customer service has been poor and Cllrs Nigel Hartin, Ruth Houghton , Danny Bebb and myself have now received well over 100 complaints . These have been passed on and Radio Shropshire have been active too in highlighting the issues for us.
We continue to try to improve those services for you if you are still with them.
Voneus had been awarded the contract to roll out Gigabit fibre across our area for £12 million by BDUK. This contract has now been mutually relinquished. Click on the link below to see the report. It is also on the Government website.
