The Medical Practice has listened to the concerns of its patients and is changing the way repeat prescriptions are reordered, to increase accuracy, reduce the call volumes, so improve communication and reducing waste.
The Practice’s goal is to make the service the best it can possibly be, and this new system is designed to make that happen. The Practice is asking for you to help them with this change, and by doing so giving the community the best service they can.
