Heather has met with Shropshire Councillors and the Parish Clerk at the landslip on the A490 between Chirbury and Churchstoke.
Heather said “We met to discuss safety issues and also the schedule for a repair. As a first step,
the traffic lights will be put in a safer place and concrete placed to make the edge safer.
“Repair will be a major undertaking as the bank is loose and there is a 100′ drop into the river. Three different types of repair are under consideration and I will keep residents updated on the state of play.”
