MOBILE NETWORK OPERATOR REPORTED TO REGULATOR AFTER SHROPSHIRE FAILINGS

Three Shropshire Councillors are reporting the mobile network EE to OFFCOM and the Communications Ombudsman following their repeated failure to respond to residents complaints about a reduction in the quality of their service in the West of the county.

What is worse however is the cavalier attitude they have towards complaints from the public. Residents have had an array of excuses for the poor service ranging from denials that there has been a downgrade of the local service to statements that Bishop’s Castle doesn’t have a mobile network!
