Montgomery MEDICAL PRACTICE Opening Hours over Christmas and New YEAR
The Practice will continue to work its normal working hours over the festive period except for the Bank Holidays.
As some of their staff are also taking time off over this period to spend some well-earned time with their families it does mean that routine appointments will be reduced at times to ensure we have sufficient GPs and staff available to ensure that they are able to provide full Urgent Same Day cover.
They also ask that all patients consider whether their issue is Urgent before contacting either the Practice, NHS111 or attending A&E over the festive period due to the very high demand on NHS services at this time of year.
They also need to minimise their phones during certain times over the next few weeks to Urgent Calls only, nominally between 11am and 3pm on the following dates:

All urgent same-day issues should continue to be submitted through online eConsult. If you have any routine questions then also please use their website to submit them. This way they can manage the high demand at this time of year.
