Follow the link to the budget that Shropshire Council will use to set this year’s Council Tax and have your say.
This does not give you details of how the savings will be made or what cuts they will cause. Those could include libraries, Leisure Centres, transport, parking fees, roads, planning fees etc. There are many others.
Your Council Tax will still increase by 3.99%.
The money coming in from the Government continues to be cut in real terms.
Please take part in this consultation and contact your MP if you feel strongly about any of this.
