Heather Kidd, Councillor for Chirbury and Worthen is calling on Shropshire Council to think again about charging preschools across the county for advice, a move which may put many at risk.
1st April, to levy a charge of £144 for advice sessions on key issues (they are subject to OFSTEAD inspections). This may push many to the financial brink.
