In Ludlow North , Andy Boddington came within only 85 votes of unseating Councillor Rosanna Taylor Smith after running a strong campaign on issues including public transport and local services.
Elsewhere, Tracey Huffer help Ludlow East comfortably taking more than half the votes castle whilst her husband Richard held Clee Division gained from the Conservatives in a by-election in 2010.
