Rural Payments Agency Is In Need Of Urgent Reform

Heather Kidd today called for the Tories to come clean on their Health Service policies after it was claimed that David Cameron would reshape the NHS budget by directing more to the neediest.
Heather said “In 2005 the Tories manifesto included a pledge to subsidise anyone who had their treatment in private hospitals. David Cameron needs to be honest with people about his real priorities rather than simply parroting lines from spin doctors”.
