Voters who did not know what David Cameron and the Conservatives stand for are still unsure according to a new poll in the Independent On Sunday.
The poll confirms that there is no evidence that the Tory party conference gave voters any clearer idea on what they stand for. Almost 50% of those polled agreed that “I don’t really know what David Cameron stands for.” This is virtually unchanged from the previous poll taken before the conference.
Heather Kidd said “This just confirms that despite a General Election being less than 7 months away people just do not know what the Conservatives stand for. Only the Liberal Democrats have clear and concise policies to solve our problems with the economy, jobs, schools, crime, climate change and more……..”
