Long established Clun councillor, Nigel Hartin, has taken over from Peter Phillips as the Liberal Democrat leader at Shirehall. Well respected Peter Phillips, who has been a county councillor for Bishop’s Castle for many years, was thanked for his tireless efforts and the great acumen that he had brought.
