Dear All
This closure is planned for this Monday the 18 January between 9.30am and 2.30pm. This will allow school traffic and most residents to escape to work and minimise disruption. The diversion will be via the A488 Shelve crossroads and Pennerley.
This closure is for an investigatory trial hole to be dug where the edge of road is sinking in order for an engineer to assess the situation and inform remedial works, hopefully leading to the eventual full re-opening of the bridge.
Minsterley Motors, the school (who have kindly agreed to email their parents) and Stiperstones Inn are aware.
