A complaint against the mobile operator EE by Shropshire residents complaining about the standard of their service has been upheld – at least in part!
Now CISAS, an arbitrator appointed by OFFCOM has investigated the claim and found that EE has been in breach of its duty of customer care and called on it to appologise.
